Our approach.

Bouwen is a family owned business spanning two generations. We offer an honest, personal and collaborative service built on trust and communication with all stakeholders.  

Our focus is the identification of land suitable for promotion through the planning system utilising our years of experience and knowledge. Land that has the capacity to provide between 4 - 50 dwelling units is of particular interest to us. 

 

We work on a partnership basis with landowners across England to realise the true potential and value of their land assets.  

Through optimising land uses, we are able to promote and gain planning permission for sustainable housing to help meet local housing and community needs whilst also maximising land asset values for landowners.  

We work hard to engage with the local authority and local residents throughout the planning process to promote the positive benefits that new residential housing can bring to sustain and grow local communities. 

We passionately believe that all of our residential sites should provide sufficient levels of affordable housing, contributions to education, highway improvement as well as ecological enhancement to the local environment.

How we work.

1). We undertake research and identify land we believe to be suitable for residential development. 

2). We contact landowners, agree terms and enter into a mutually beneficial promotion agreement. 

3). We prepare and obtain the necessary supporting information, submit, manage and fund the planning application process. 

4). Once planning permission has been successfully obtained, we then organise the sale of the land on behalf of the land owner.
